FFTA FIRST Conference Revised Format Includes Digital Platemaking

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, USA—The Foundation of the Flexographic Technical Association is urging interested parties to register for its upcoming FIRST (Flexographic Image Reproduction and Tolerances) Conference before this Friday, October 31. According to the FFTA, those who register before this date, will receive a $100 discount.

FFTA says the revised format of this year's conference will allow new comers as well as FIRST veterans to "roll up their sleeves" and delve into the material. This third edition will review the foundational principles found in the previous editions, while paying particular attention to color management, process inks, enhancement of digital platemaking, and expanded gamut ink sets.
