HARTFORD, WI, USA—Preferred Systems Inc. (PSI), announces it has discontinued operations as of November 30, 2001. All future correspondence should be forwarded to: P.O. Box 270049, Hartford, WI, 53027-0049, says the co.'s former president, Jeffrey Otto.

PSI issued the following release Friday, November 30:

Ladies and Gentlemen:
At the close of business today, Friday, November 30, 2001, Preferred Systems will close its doors and discontinue operations.

PSI has commenced the process of liquidating its assets for the benefit of its creditors.…

It is with great regret that Preferred Systems Inc. has ceased doing business. The company appreciates your cooperation and patience throughout the liquidation process.
