3M Label Biz to Add Emtech Emulsion

ST. PAUL, MN, USA—3M and Emtech Emulsion Technologies recently announced an agreement to combine Emtech and 3M's label business into a single 3M operating unit. As part of the agreement, says co., 3M will acquire Emtech's assets. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
