Flint Ink Corp. to Launch Its Newest Ink Systems and Printing Technologies at Drupa

ANN ARBOR, MI, USA—Flint Ink Corporation says it will launch its newest ink systems and printing technologies for high-performance commercial, publication, package, digital, and printed electronics applications at Drupa. The organization, including Flint-Schmidt, Jetrion LLC, and Precisia LLC, will introduce new ink systems as well as proprietary hardware, and advanced printing technologies in hall 3, stand E52.

Flint Ink says exhibit highlights will include UV inks and innovative hardware for digital printing, active packaging, brand protection, and the latest in conductive inks for radio frequency identification (RFID) applications.

“The printing industry worldwide has been hit by enormous technology changes, cost containment issues, and pressure to compete,” says Flint Ink Corp. president Dave Frescoln. “Flint Ink is poised to support printers and converters proactively through these challenges with our broad spectrum of sophisticated technologies for the most advanced printing applications.” 

Show Highlights
Flint Ink also reports it will present a series of valuable, informative seminars throughout the show. "The presentations will focus on important topics such as controlling color, digital integration strategies, and trends in interactive packaging. Attendees who log on to flintink.com and pre-register for the seminars before April 30th, will receive a small gift at the show, adds the global printing ink supplier.

In addition, RFID technology is another area Flint Ink says it will be addressing during Drupa. "In collaboration with other key exhibitors, Flint will host a passport tour designed to demonstrate the unique capabilities of RFID technology. Drupa attendees are invited to pick up a Flint Ink RFID Passport, visit participating exhibitors, and have their passports validated via RFID technology. Participants who complete the tour will be eligible to win a daily prize and enter a grand prize drawing on the last day of the show," states the company. Participating exhibitors include Day International Group, Inc., MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG, and X-Rite, Inc.
