Vigitek America to Debut at CMM

CHICAGO, IL, USA—Vigitek, manufacturer of automated print inspection systems, reports it's launching an American sales and service organization at this year's CMM International (booth #5444). By establishing the American arm, says Vigitek, the company hopes to better service its growing base of North American customers with direct sales and service support.

"Printers and converters of paper, film, and foil packaging, serving a wide swath of industries in Europe, have long equated the Vigitek name with complete, high-quality 100 percent color inspection solutions with downstream interfaces," reports Ingatius Manning, newly appointed GM of Vigitek America. "In recent years, a growing number of printers and converters in North America similarly have sought Vigitek's expertise in advanced pattern recognition technology applied to print inspection. Now Vigitek America will be able to better serve these converters and bring the full Vigitek product line for inspection of flexo, rotogravure, and offset printing."
