3M Combines Label Business with Emtech Emulsion Technologies

ST. PAUL, MN, USA—Last month, 3M and Emtech Emulsion Technologies Inc. announced an agreement to combine Emtech and 3M's label business into a single 3M operating unit. As part of the agreement, 3M will acquire Emtech's assets; terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
