Kidder/Comexi to Demo Industry's 'First, Truly Gearless,' CI Flexographic Press at Open House

AGAWAM, MA, USA—Kidder, Inc., and Comexi, S.A., recently announced an open house at Kidder's plant in Agawam, MA. Slated for April 23–25, 2002, the open house will feature demonstrations of what's said to be the "industry's first 'truly gearless' central impression (CI) press.

According to Kidder/Comexi, the open house will feature the Comexi 50 in. FP eight-color gearless press, featuring "zero transmission error," which the company says enables superior print accuracy. The manufacturer says demonstrations will be held twice daily, in the mid-morning and in the mid-afternoon.
