GAA Sets New Venue Gravure Expo 2004 for February in Chicagoland Area

ROCHESTER, NY, USA—The Gravure Association of America (GAA) Inc. is sponsoring a new venue that the group says will feature the best of the GAA Annual Convention and Pressroom Conference.

Gravure Expo 2004 begins on Sunday, February 1, 2004, with an opening president's reception, continues Monday with general session programming, and caps off Monday evening with an awards ceremony "extravaganza featuring the awarding of the coveted Golden Cylinder Awards." Tuesday's schedule includes a day-long tour of two printing facilities and an evening opening reception in the showcase. GAA adds Wednesday and Thursday will be jam-packed with technical sessions aimed at press isssues.

Gravure industry professionals from companies like INX International, Daetwyler Corp., Alcan Packaging, and Eltromat Electronics will lead sessions and discussions on such subjects as pressroom, prepress, and gravure methodology education.
