SOUTH HADLEY, MA, USA—InteliCoat Technologies, LLC, formerly Rexam Image Products, LLC, the precision coating div. of Rexam PLC, announces the completion of the company's acquisition by private investment firm Sun Capital Partners, Inc., Boca Raton, FL. A global supplier of contract coating papers, films, foils, and other specialty substrates, InteliCoat joins Sun Capital Partners' portfolio of some 30 companies with combined sales topping $3 billion (US.)
