CHARLOTTE, NC, USA—HarperScientific.com reports it has installed an enclosed chambered system on a Komori offset press for Harvard Label Company in California.
"Since we have changed our metering system from rubber rolls to the HarperScientific.com enclosed chamber system on the Komori coating station," explains Harvard Label president/owner Michael Tang, "our coating laydown process is much more sufficient, and we have eliminated our downtime by at least 50 percent. We have no doubt we will truly see a rapid return on investment."
According to HarperScientific.com's technical products manager Bobby Furr, the division of Harper Corp. has been involved "with several installations of this chambered system."
