Converting Industry Material Suppliers Wacker Chemical and Brenntag Announce Distribution Agreement

ADRIAN, MI, USA—Officials at Wacker Chemical Corp. and Brenntag Inc. report the two companies have agreed to a new distributor partnerhship. The suppliers say the agreement grants Brenntag North American distribution rights for Wacker HDK Fumed Siica products, Wacker Helicone HC liquid crystal special effects pigments, as well as a broad range of Wacker's silicone fluids, emulsions, and other silicone products.

Company officials add the partnership is applicable both to the United States and Canada. "It complements the existing regional business relationship Brenntag has developed over the years with Wacker," states the agreement announcement.
