MACtac Supplies P-S Material for USPS Commemorative Stamps in Wake of September 11 Terrorist Attack

STOW, OH, USA—MACtac recently announced it will supply pressure-sensitive (p-s) material for more than 310 million "United We Stand" commemorative stamps. According to MACtac, the stamp was designed by Terry McCaffery of the USPS, has been available nationwide since November 5, and features a an "Old Glory" graphic.

"We have worked very hard to become a recent qualified supplier to the US Postal Service," says MACtac printing products business manager Catherine Heckman. "And we are especially proud to be part of the 'United We Stand' commemorative stamp. MACtac is honored to contribute to the formal recognition of the [the nation's] resilient spirit in the face of the September 11 tragedy."
