FULTON, NY, USA—Black Clawson Company, Inc., reports the sale of one its division's assets (Black Clawson Converting Machinery LLC) to a new company formed by the management team of Black Clawson Converting Machinery LLC and investment partners Hamilton Robinson LLC. The new entity, Black Clawson Converting Machinery, Inc., will operate from its existing Fulton, NY, location and has offered employment to all of Black Clawson Converting Machinery LLC active employees.
