Dri-Tec Gets New Owner

MILWAUKEE, WI -- Dri-Tec, Inc., has announced David Kuehl has purchased a majority interest in the company from its current owner, Paul Gaspardo. According to Dri-Tec, Kuehl will assume the CEO and CFO positions, and he will concentrate on operation and financial aspects of the business. Gaspardo, says the mfr., has retained a substantial ownership position with the company and will continue to serve as its president; he will manage the company's sales and marketing activities as well as identify strategic growth opportunities, the co. reports.

"I'm excited," says Gaspardo. "This represents the next logical step in the evolution of Dri-Tec. Dave's and my skills are complementary, and together, we form a strong team to sustain and promote Dri-Tec's continued rapid growth.
