Die-Cut Screen-Printed Parts

Narrow web die-cutting system reportedly enables precision cuts for screen-printed parts. Parts are fed from a powered unwind into the press, steel rule kiss-cut at preset increments, and fed onto a matrix rewind to remove the matrix from parts. Total system includes a narrow web screen printing system.
Non-Adhesive Products Join Rapid-Roll Program

Co.'s acquisition of Dunsirn Industries has enabled it to offer non-adhesive materials through the Rapid-Roll program, along with p-s (pressure-sensitive) materials. Single-source supply reportedly will reduce purchasing time and complexity. Non-adhesive materials include a broad selection of C1S and C2S papers and boards; Integrity thermal transfer grades; direct thermal tagstocks by Appleton; silicone release liners; uncoated and coated tags and papers; durable, laser-imprintable tagstocks; and more.
