Mail-Well Inc., Englewood, CO, reports it consummated the sale of the Label Div. to Renaissance Mark Inc. on May 21, 2002, for $75 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments. (This is a correction to earlier press reports stating the sale price was higher.) In other news from Mail-Well, the co. has elected Alister Reynolds to its board of directors.
