ROSELAND, NJ | Bobst Group's high-performance Rapidset FFG includes a feeder, Rapidset flexo printers, slotter, rotary die-cutter, telescoptic transfer, PDC folder/gluer, and top counter ejector. For accuracy, the machine boasts no board crushing, independent drive on each unit, mulit T belts for folding, and more. It handles three types of production: RSC boxes, die-cut boxes with bundle stacking in the top counter ejector, and unfolded printed sheets. Rapidset FFG prints on all types of corrugated board and has a product speed up to 10,000 boxes per hour (FFG 1632 NT) or 15,000 boxes per hour (FFG 1228 NT). See www.bobstgroup.com.
