Creo KBA Sign Reseller Agreement

VANCOUVER, B.C., CANADA—Creo reports a new reseller agreement between Creo and Koenig & Bauer (KBA) for the sale of Brisque workflow solutions and related products for the KBA 74 Karat digital offset press in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
According to Creo, the agreement authorizes KBA, "the world's third largest manufacturer of printing presses," to resell Brisque workflow solutions for use with 74 Karat digital offset press workflow. "Brisque version 4.1 has direct connectivity to the 74 Karat press thanks to a new connectivity kit embedded in the workflow," adds the mfr.
Creo says KBA is a strategic partner. "We are very pleased to work with KBA providing Creo imaging and software technology," explains Ilan Blaus, "on-press technologies product manager at Creo. "The complete digital connectivity to Creo workflow helps the 74 Karat digital offset press produce short and medium print runs more efficiently and cost-effectively."
As part of the reseller agreement, Creo will provide KBA with marketing, sales support, and training, says the co. "KBA will promote and sell Brisque workflow solutions and provide service for 74 Karat users. Creo will install the Brisque and related products purchased by KBA customers and will provide customer training and technical support."
According to the agreement, KBA is entitled to resell additional Creo products and accessories, where Creo provides customer support in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The agreement also calls for cooperation between Creo and KBA for facilitating reseller agreements for Brisque workflow solutions and related products in the Americas and in Asia-Pacific.Visit Creo at creo.com.
