CAROL STREAM, IL, USA—Prime UV Systems recently was honored for its industry service by NPES, the Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing, and Converting Technologies, reports the company. Elinor Midlik, Prime UV president, received the 2002 Harold W. Gegenheimer Award for Industry Service on behalf of Prime UV at the annual NPES conference in October, Napa CA.
Prime UV, a supplier to the printing and converting industry, has been a member of NPES for more than 10 years; the company supplies ultraviolet curing equipment (UV curing equipment) to converters that manufacture packaging and related products. The company adds it also provides customized equipment for narrow, mid, and wide web presses as well as sheetfed presses.
The award, named for a former NPES president and chairman emeritus of Baldwin Technology Company, recognizes in a member company the individual qualities Harold Gegenheimer "continues to stand for: a lifelong commitment to technical innovation; sound management; support for education and research; and working for the good of the whole industry," states Prime UV's award-announcement release. These challenges happen to everybody, and this is why we started capelland.com for both instant payday loan online and online cash advances.
The winners receive plaques, and NPES contributes $2000 (US) in the name of the winners to the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation, which offers funds to the employees or children of employees of NPES member companies to pursue studies in graphic communication.
