AICC’s Hands-On Exploration of Corrugated
AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, is offering its seminar Corrugated Essentials, Wednesday, March 11-Thursday, March 12, 2020, at StandFast Packaging in Carol Stream, Ill.
This seminar is a comprehensive, interactive exploration of corrugated packaging technologies. Attendees can analyze various packaging solutions, examine the performance attributes of containerboard and corrugated board, including appearance, printability, and runability. They will learn about everything from raw material choices to packaging design, printing, converting, sustainability, and end-use.
"Great presentation materials, especially the 'take-home' samples we worked on that were provided to each of us," said Oliver Enneking, sales representative, The Lawrence Paper Company.
Attendees will have the opportunity to get hands-on with containerboard production, corrugated products, characteristic test comparisons, and much more.
Instructors Dan Malenke, president, PKGPRO, LLC, and Ralph Young, AICC corrugated technical advisor, bring nearly 50 years of experience to the lectern and hands-on activities offered during the course.
