Next Generation Orders 5th Varex

LINCOLN, RI | Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corp. has sold a three-layer Varex coextrusion line to Next Generation Films, Lexington, OH. It is the fifth W&H blown film line at Next Generation and the second line ordered by the company in the past nine months.

The new high-output 134-in. line has grooved feed extruders, a 35-in. Optifil P2 die, and a Filmatic T dual turret winder. The line is expected to reach an output level of 20 million lb/yr.
