ICE Europe Closes with Record Results

MUNICH, GERMANY

The 6th International Converting Exhibition (ICE) Europe, which took place Nov. 24-26, 2009, ended with a record number of visitors, exhibitors, and floor space. A total of 5,250 visitors from 63 countries were exposed to 329 exhibitors covering a 30% increase in floor space from the previous show.

Stephen Brooks, chairman of Mack Brooks Exhibitions, says, “In difficult economic times, when most trade shows are declining by 5, 10, or even 20 percent, it is remarkable that ICE Europe should have achieved such growth in visitor numbers in 2009.”
