RadTech presents its technology expo and conference, featuring a new exhibit theater to promote audience Q&A interaction with a variety of expert panelists.
RadTech, the Assn. for UV & EB Technology, hits the Windy City this year with its Technology Expo and Conference at the Hyatt Regency, O'Hare in Chicago, IL, on May 7–9, 2018. Self described as the world's largest event dedicated to the educational, technical, and scientific advancement of ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) technologies, there certainly will be no shortage of educational opportunities with over 90 conference sessions separated into three tracks plus short courses. As a bonus this year, an Exhibit Theater is debuting to allow interaction with recognized expert panelists to facilitate the practical implementation of UV + EB technology.
Complementing this comprehensive program is an exhibitor list of just over 80 booths, representing the diverse nature of this industry, including companies that serve the printing, packaging, automotive, 3D printing, orthopedic, and other unique applications. Short Courses & UV+EB University: 12–9 P.M. —Available on both the undergrad and graduate levels, topics include the following: Inkjet Surface Decoration, UV/EB Professional, Advanced Photopolymerization, Click Chemistry in Radiation Curing, Design of Experiments for UC/EB Scientists & Engineers. - Conference sessions: 8 A.M.–5:30 P.M.—Over 44 sessions will be offered on three tracks with an Exhibit Theater as well as a free session titled: Introduction to the Basics of UV/EB Curing. More information is available here.
- Exhibition: 10A.M.–6:30 P.M.
- Opening Reception: 5:30–6:30 P.M.
- Conference sessions: 8 A.M.–5:30 P.M.—Another 50 conferences sessions are offered on three tracks along with the Exhibit Theater once again complemented by a repeat presentation of Monday's free session titled: Introduction to the Basics of UV/EB. More information is available here.

- President's Reception: 5:30–6:30 P.M.
- Emerging Awards Dinner: 6:30–8:30 P.M.
- Conference sessions: 8 A.M.–3:15 P.M.—Winding up the conference will be 32 sessions on three tracks complemented by the Exhibit Theater with a panel addressing UV LED Mythbusters.
