Appleton Core Recycler Can Be Customized

NEENAH, WI | Appleton Mfg. Division reports its Safe-Slab Core Recycler is now available for customization by roll widths, weight, power source, and more.
The recycler is a blade-free, slabbing, and core recycling solution said to safely and automatically remove leftover roll material. The scrap material, such as paper, film, foil, plastic, or nonwovens can then be recycled and the core reused.
In-stock configurations, the unit can handle rolls to 32 in. dia, 96 in. in length, and 1,000 lbs in weight. One of the three models can be modified for different applications, and add-ons such as sensors for monitoring roll thickness are available as well.
