Newark Group Raises Prices on Uncoated Paperboard

CRANFORD, NJ | The Newark Group, specialists in the collection of secondary fibers and the manufacturing and converting of 100% recycled paperboard in the US and Canada, reports a $25/ton price increase on all uncoated grades of recycled paperboard effective with shipments on or after February 18, 2013.

The increase is necessary to recover escalating costs,” says Raymond Vargo Jr., VP of sales, Newark Paperboard Mills.
