Drytac Offers Self-Adhesive Print Vinyl

RICHMOND, VA | Drytac announces Polar, an 80-micron (3.2-mil) premium polymeric self-adhesive print vinyl said to have a high quality, gray crosslinking acrylic adhesive. Available in a matte and gloss finish with both permanent and removable adhesive versions, product reportedly maximizes adhesive performance on a wide variety of substrates.

Company says that, thanks to its high opacity, versatile self-adhesive vinyl provides a consistent printing surface and excellent white point. It is compatible with most (eco) solvent, UV, and latex wide-format inkjet printers.

Polar is also highly durable in both indoor and outdoor settings. The permanent adhesive version, which is recommended for more than three years of use, is ideal for outdoor applications such as general-purpose signage and construction barricades. The removable adhesive version is best suited for advertising graphics and point-of-purchase displays.

For maximum durability, company recommends using an overlaminate with Polar, such as the Interlam Pro line of laminating films or, for specialty applications, Interlam Pro Anti-Graffiti.

Polar is available in 54- and 60-in.-wide rolls and is available for immediate shipment.
