Verstraete IML Is Growing on Several Levels

MALDEGEM, BELGIUM | Verstraete IML reports it is investing on four levels: people, machines, technology, and infrastructure. In the past year, the company expanded from 400 to 550 employees and developed new technologies and machinery to meet special 
customer requirements. The company now announces it is putting up a brand new company building on the site in Maldegem.
The new building will provide means 2,400 m² of additional production space, with the ground floor accommodating some machinery. Upstairs will find new offices, meeting rooms, and a multi-purpose room.
The company says it hopes to inspire and encourage its employees with a pleasant working environment and the right tools, as evidenced by its corporate values designated FLOW: flexibility, learning capacity, open communication, and working in teams.
The new construction is reported to be on schedule, and in December and January the company expects to move the machines, furnish the offices, and move in.
