Re S.p.A. to Show New Equipment

MILAN, ITALY | Re S.p.A will present its latest Smartmotion web guiding system and a new web viewing system for the real time inspection of printing at this week’s drupa 2016.

SmartMotion web guiding systems are said to offer perfect control of the web alignment during unwinding, rewinding, or processing stations as well as reliability and quick correction and movement fluidity in every working conditions with high speed. The control logic is integrated in the stepper motor to guarantee compactness, savings in terms of costs and cabling time, and control of the actuator stroke without using mechanical or electronic devices. The system is provided with WLigo controller for an easy calibration and management of all parameters.

Webscanner is a new web viewing system made up of a camera equipped with two optics to guarantee a high image quality and a faithful reproduction of colors without any distortion of the image. Offers zoom 10x, field of view of 200x150 mm, and the possibility to update the software remotely.
