C+C Packaging Acquires General Die & Die Cutting

MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ | Graphic Arts Advisors, a strategic financial advisory and consulting firm, announces that C+C Packaging, Farmingdale, NY, has acquired selected assets of GAA client General Die & Die Cutting, formerly of Roosevelt, NY.

Peter Vallone, retiring president of General Die, says, “In order to keep up with market demands, we feel that joining with C+C Packaging will better serve our customers by offering a more complete line of finishing, production, and design services to Long Island’s graphic arts industry."

Louann and Richard Vallone are now on the team at C+C Packaging in Farmingdale, committed to ensure a seamless transition for General Die’s customers.

C+C Packaging offers a complete range of bindery services, die-cutting, stamping, embossing, and carton construction techniques using what they say is state-of-the-art machinery. General Die brings mounting, UV coating, and large-format die-cutting along with years of customer-specific knowledge.
