AGL 64” Foam, Felt and Gasket Industry Laminator

Advanced Greig Laminators (AGL) recently announced a 64” laminator for the automotive gasket market. This laminator features a 36” product unwind, an 18” adhesive unwind and a 60” product rewind.  All shaft locations feature safety chucks and airshafts. Safety features include 18” light curtains prior to the nip, as well as emergency stop switches at all four corners of the machine. This machine features 0 – 80 fpm machine speeds and pneumatic tension control, 8” nip rolls covered with 55-65 durometer silicone that provide up to 60 PLI of adjustable nip pressure.
