AVT Announces Q3 Results

HOD-HASHARON, ISRAEL—Advanced Vision Technology announced sales for Q3 200 of $7.2 million, 15% above the same period in 2005, and up 3% over Q2 2006. Net income for the quarter rose 211% to $1.3 million ($1 million for the same period in 2005), while net income for the first nine months of 2006 rose by 45% to $4.2 million ($2.9 million for the same period in 2005). New order bookings for Q3 totaled $8.5 million (an increase of 32.4% over the same period in 2005). Strong U.S. and East Asian orders contributed significantly to the Q3 growth.
