Spear Adds CTP System from JV Imaging

MILFORD, NH—Spear New Hampshire recently installed a complete Solvent Flexo computer-to-plate (CTP) system from JV Imaging Systems, Northborough, MA, in its Milford, NH, facility. The package included the Kodak Thermoflex Mid coupled with Mekrom's Concept 300 solvent processing equipment, including the High Technology Drying (HTD) system, and Asahi plate material. The system was installed in June 2006, and within hours Spear was making analog plates with the new processing equipment with less than one hour processing time. See jvimaging.com.
