Bemis Divestitures Go to Exopack

NEENAH, WI | Bemis Co. has agreed to sell its Menasha, WI, and Catoosa (Tulsa), OK, facilities to Exopack Holding Corp., Spartanburg, SC, for approximately $81 million. The facilities produce flex-pack for retail natural cheese and shrink bags for fresh red meat. Under terms of a US District Court order, Bemis was required to divest the two facilities, which were part of its acquisition of Alcan Packaging Food Americas.
