IPSWICH, MA | Effective July 1, Reifenhaüser has acquired 100% of the shares of Reimotec GmbH and motech GmbH from the Morton-Finger family. Managing directors Dipl.-Ing. Anatoli Maximowitsch, technical administration, and Dipl.-Kfm. Karl-Heinz Schaaf, commercial administration, remain in charge.
