Harpers Honored

CHARLOTTE, NC | Ron and Katherine Harper of Harper Corp. of America received the “Order of the Long Leaf Pine,” an award given to North Carolinians with a record of service to the state. Long-recognized for their support of education at all levels, the couple gave the biggest gift in Gaston County Schools history when they donated $2 million to the district in May.
