Comexi Buys Acom

WEST SPRINGFIELD, MA | Comexi Converting Solutions, an Italian sub. of Comexi Group, has completed the final acquisition of tangible and intangible assets of Acom. The arrangement includes technical assistance for installed machines.

This business area of Comexi Group, led by Gian Vito Schiavi, will be based in Piacenza, Italy. The Acom brand will be maintained initially but eventually will be fully integrated in the Comexi Group.
