Schober Has New Affiliate

EBERDINGEN, GERMANY | Schober GmbH, which celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2009, has established Schobertechnologies GmbH, an affiliate to be run by long-time executive employees Ralf-Hendrik Born as managing director and Gerald Glaas and Denis Stephan as authorized officers. Bettina Schober, Karl Schober, and Klaus Wittmaier, shareholders of Schober GmbH Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau, will perform their tasks in Schober GmbH Holding as of January 1.
