PRP Acquires NPP Packaging Graphics Specialists

INDIANAPOLIS, IN | PRP, a provider of creative design, brand management services, and printing plates, has completed the acquisition of NPP Packaging Graphics Specialists, a prepress and flexographic printing plate provider also based in Indianapolis.

NPP will transfer all operations to PRP’s Indianapolis location upon close of the transaction but will retain the manufacturing rights of its subsidiary, Innovative Plate Solutions’ CushionCore, a proprietary compressible photopolymer printing plate. PRP will become the distributor of CushionCore along with its product line-up, which includes Digital ExSpect digital Flat-Top-Dot flexographic printing plate.
