LOUIS, MO | Mark Andy has unveiled ProWORX, the Digital Front End (DFE) solution designed exclusively for the Mark Andy Digital Series, the range of fully in-line, hybrid ink jet printing and converting technology. ProWORX, powered by Esko, is said to be seamlessly integrated and fully supports digital file management and workflows that allow the converter to realize the potential of the new digital label and package printing platform.

Company says ProWORX is a “one box” solution that enables superior and consistent control between the Mark Andy Digital Series and the digital file management workflows currently used by converters. Called the ideal fit of a DFE for large multi-press, multi-function hybrid printing environment or as a dedicated single digital press operation. ProWORX optimizes the utilization and productivity of the Mark Andy Digital Series for a wide variety of label and packaging work. Reportedly, it can easily be integrated into a networked infrastructure when linked to the Esko Automation Engine as well as others.

ProWORX is said to allow converters to fully leverage the entire gamut of the Esko Automation Engine, which ensures increased efficiency and throughput which saves time and money.
