• Second Biennial Fall Technical Conference: Technology That Reduces Costs—October 16 - 17, 2003; Adam's Mark Riverwalk Hotel, San Antonio, TX
• Seventh Technical & Operational Conference: Co-Opetition: Cooperating with the Competition—February 25 - 27, 2004; Adam's Mark Hotel, Jacksonville, FL
