Heraeus Noblelight Launches UV LED System

GAITHERSBURG, MD | Heraeus Noblelight America announces Semray, the UV LED plug&play solution said to offer innovative and efficient curing processes. The product will debut at RadTech UV+EB 2016, the Global Conference and Expo for UV and EB Curing Technology, held May 16–18 in Chicago, IL. 
The system is said to offer five important benefits:
- Productivity: With plug&play system, downtimes are said to be minimized and the use of the UV LED system can be maximized.
- UV Output: More UV LED chips built into the unit means more power.
- Retrofit and Upgradeable: Individual UV LED segments can easily be replaced within the entire system.
- Flexibility: Due to the modular design and the revolutionary plug&play backplane concept, the UV LED system can be adjusted to any curing task.
- Performance: Company says system achieves exceptional performance due to the combination of advanced materials along with state-of-the-art design and unique technology know-how.
