Sun Chemical Partners with Young Flexographic

PARSIPPANY, NJ | Sun Chemical has entered into a partnership with Young Flexographic, Toronto, ON, Canada, to provide packaging printers across Canada with quick access to conventional, high-definition, and flat-top-dot printing plates.

“We’re pleased to have this partnership with Young Flexographic,” says Rod Staveley, president of Sun Chemical Canada. “It strengthens our position in Canada by providing printing plates that can be turned around quickly and helps to streamline our customers’ order process. It also allows them to reduce their supplier base by utilizing Sun Chemical as a one-stop shop.”

Young Flexographic also has an ongoing relationship with SunGraphics, Sun Chemical’s printing plates division, which will allow for sharing of resources and insights.

Founded in 1978, Young Flexographic offers flexo expertise with “full spectrum service,” providing technical training, free press evaluation, rush turnaround, HD digital/flat top dot flexo plates, 50 x 80 large-format plates, prepress graphics, flood coat plates, full opti-check mounting, and proofing.
