Comexi, a specialist in solutions for the flexible packaging printing and converting industry, and Bomplastic, a company that specializes in practical and innovative solutions for the flexible packaging sector, have reached an agreement for the Brazilian company to acquire a Comexi F2 MB flexographic press. This acquisition will allow Bomplastic to offer more diversified and innovative products, thus meeting the needs of various market niches.

Bomplastic has a strategic position in Brazil, as it is located on the border between the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo.
