Chromatic Technologies Names Distributor for Africa

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO | Chromatic Technologies, a specialized inks company bringing thermochromic and photochromic inks to packages throughout Asia, Europe, Central and South America, and North America, has appointed Seal Chemistry of Pinetown, South Africa, as its exclusive distributor for the continent.

CTI produces inks that turn color when exposed to cold and hot temperatures, and are found on beverage cans and bottle labels, clothing and in security and anti-counterfeiting applications. A major market for CTI is the soft drink and beer segment, wherein the can or bottle label contains a specialized ink that turns blue when the beverage is chilled for consumption.

Seal Chemistry, founded in 1966, provides niche market packaging technology with specialized coatings and adhesives for the printing and packaging industries.
