Pillar Offers Spare Parts Replacement

HARTLAND, WI | ITW Pillar Technologies, a manufacturer of advanced induction cap sealing and surface treatment systems, has launched a new Genuine Pillar Parts program in support of its equipment.

“ITW Pillar Technologies’ new Genuine Pillar Parts (or GPP) program was developed to ensure our customers are experiencing the highest level of uptime and productivity with our systems, at the lowest operating cost,” says Chester Schwartz, Service Manager, ITW Pillar Technologies. Our machines are built to provide long and trouble-free operation, but all machines require maintenance, and there are suppliers of inferior and counterfeit electrical and mechanical parts whose products will routinely compromise the performance of our systems.”

Company says the critical components of its induction sealing, corona treatment, and atmospheric plasma treatment systems feature a unique Pillar marking. The absence of these markings indicates the part is not genuine. The program also features a discounted UPTIME annual preventative maintenance option.
