ERIE, MI | Core Systems Innovation offers the new CM8+ manual core cutter with several upgraded features, including a locking chuck mechanism that holds used and warped cores in place during the cutting cycle.
“Having the ability to cut used cores and avoid land-filling warped or damaged cores saves time and money for today’s converters” says company president James Skelding.
Other new features include illuminated E-stop and Power-on control pushbuttons, a fully covered knife blade for increased operator safety, and an OSHA-approved (electric) anti-tie down start controls. The CM8+ can cut ¾- to 6-in.-dia cores, and comes in lengths of 60 and 90 in.
