Kroenert Opens Hamburg Facilities to Public

HAMBURG, GERMANY—Maschinenfabrik Max Kroenert (MMK) hosted an opening ceremony for the new 5300 fpm, 51 inch wide trial line on November 18, 2004. Over 300 guests comprising customers, suppliers and friends attended the day-long event at the company grounds.

Opening remarks by Walter Reiter, the Managing Director of MMK and Burkhard Meyer, Principal Share Holder, highlighted the ownership history and long-term commitment of the Meyer family to success and growth of Kroenert.

It was announced that a high-speed adhesive and silicone coating seminar will be hosted by Kroenert in the spring of 2005. After a brief luncheon, the guests were escorted to the new, multi-functional TC III line where they observed a BMB curtain coating application on the new high-speed line.
