Esko-Graphics' Customers Excel at 1st Asian Flexo Awards

SINGAPORE - Esko-Graphics customers earned five awards at the first Asian Flexo Award ceremony, held in conjunction with the Asian Flexographic Technical Assn. (AFTA) annual conference in Bangkok, Thailand. The Asian Flexo Excellence Award is founded to recognize outstanding achievement in the flexographic packaging industries across Asia.
Winners included:
- TPN Flexpak, Thailand - Chairman's award, Best in Show; Mid Web Film category, "Iceland Chicken Breast;" Wide Web category, "High 5 Grain Bread"
- Tetrapak Foshan, China - Beverage Cartons and Cups category, "Seasons Ice Lemon Tea"
- Thai Containers Group, Thailand - Postprint for Corrugated Non White liner category, "Tiparos – tom yam kung"
According to Jean-Pierre De Moor, VP for Esko-Graphics Asia Pacific, "This is a testimony that flexo in Asia has grown to a level that can compete with the best."
