MAN Roland Introduces On-Site Back-Up Parts Program

WESTMONT, IL—Assembled by MAN Roland’s Rapid Response Team (RRT), Press Pack is a back-p bundle of electronic parts. The objective is to ensure that the proper component is on-hand for immediate repair and minimum production disruption.
"Press Pass is the next best thing to having a back-up press," says Doug Still, parts marketing manager for MAN Roland. "Our RRT can tell the press operator over the phone which part needs to be replaced, and Press Pass ensures the component is on the scene for immediate replacement. There’s no waiting for their jobs to be printed."
There are three levels of Press Pass available:
- Certified Printer Series contains basic electronic components such as power output boards.
- Performance Printer Series provides electronics for the delivery and main switch cabinets.
- Master Printer Series supplies all of the above plus electronic components that control the press console, feeder, and feeder cabinet.
