RED BANK, NJ—ArmorKnit gloves from Ansell Healthcare reportedly are comfortable, economical and have earned the highest rating for cut resistance from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for high-risk applications in the pulp and paper industry. The gloves provide a solution for high-risk cut applications such as heavy material handling, sheet metal, and glass handling.
ArmorKnit styles 70-745 and 70-747 include a blend of KEVLAR Armor and Standard KEVLAR with a unique dot pattern on two sides for better grip. This special dot pattern is designed to ease sliding hands in and out of tight places.
The 70-745 style includes a six-inch straight cuff for added wrist protection and the 70-747 has a 10-inch extended blouse sleeve. Both styles are ambidextrous and available in sizes eight, nine, and 10.
